3. Conditions for Cancellation

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation unless defective.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition:

We will refund the full product amount, including standard shipping costs (if applicable), within 10 business days (Mon - Fri).

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

5. Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Opened or used products
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Personalized/custom goods
